	General Terms & Conditions: Firearmslocator.com is not responsible for content on affiliate’s websites. Content on affiliate sites must be relevant to the topics of Firearmslocator.com and the content on affiliate sites must not contain any offensive or illegal material, such as (but not limited to) pornography, inappropriate language, racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory language, promotion of illegal activities, etc. Web affiliates who are unsure whether their content is appropriate must contact Firearmslocator.com before placing any affiliate links on their site. The affiliate must wait for approval from FirearmsLocator.com to place affiliate links on their site. Affiliate sites which use a FirearmsLocator.com web affiliate URL must register with FirearmsLocator.com and if an affiliate has more than one domain name with which they would like to use their affiliate URL, they must notify FirearmsLocator.com. Affiliates must also notify FirearmsLocator.com if the content or design of their site significantly changes. If the affiliate would like to use their affiliate link somewhere other than their regular site, they must contact FirearmsLocator.com first. Affiliates may not use or copy material from the FirearmsLocator.com website or any of its products without written consent from FirearmsLocator.com. The exception to this is that the affiliate may use one image from the FirearmsLocator.com website to promote their affiliate URL. FirearmsLocator.com may amend or change its image use policy at any time. Any changes in this policy will be communicated to current affiliates. Affiliates may not impersonate Firearmslocator.com or claim to be an employee of FirearmsLocator.com. FirearmsLocator.com reserves the right to cancel the affiliate status of any of its web affiliates at any time, for any reason. FirearmsLocator.com will notify the affiliate if their affiliate status has been canceled. If affiliate status is canceled, the affiliate must immediately remove all affiliate links from their site. FirearmsLocator.com may amend or add to the web affiliate agreement at any time. Amendments or additions to the web affiliate agreement will be communicated to current web affiliates at the time the changes are made. If any affiliate does not agree to the changes, they must cancel their affiliate status and remove any affiliate links from their site immediately. Current, valid contact information must be on file with FirearmsLocator.com at all times. If there is any change in contact information, including, but not limited to, contact name, address, phone number, or email address, the affiliate must contact FirearmsLocator.com immediately. If we are unable to contact you via one of these methods, your payment may be delayed or canceled for the month, and your affiliate status may be suspended or canceled. Changes in current contact information should be sent to Affiliate. Affiliates must allow emails from FirearmsLocator.com to their inbox, since FirearmsLocator.com must be able to contact affiliates for any reason. If your affiliate status is suspended or canceled, and then later reactivated, you will be issued a new affiliate URL. You must use the new URL once it has been issued. PAYMENT Affiliates will earn 50% of all the advertising sales generated through their specific affiliate link. FirearmsLocator.com will mail out checks to any affiliate who has earned commissions during the previous month. If commissions have been earned by an affiliate, an emailed report will be sent after the end of the month. Domestic affiliates will receive their payments by company check. FirearmsLocator.com may delay payment until the affiliate’s earnings reach at least $30.00. Payment may be withheld or canceled if FirearmsLocator.com has reason to believe that the affiliate has violated the terms of this agreement. AGREEMENT Web affiliates must agree to all terms and conditions in this Web Affiliate Agreement. Any affiliate who does not agree to these terms must notify FirearmsLocator.com immediately and cease to be a FirearmsLocator.com web affiliate. Potential web affiliates who have questions or concerns about the Web Affiliate Agreement should contact FirearmsLocator.com before signing up to become a web affiliate.
